Dr. Anthony E. Larhs
Owner - Radiologist
Dr. Anthony E. Larhs is a board-certified radiologist specializing in diagnostic radiology, interventional pain medicine, nuclear medicine, cardiac imaging and multimodality image correlation.
Dr. George Elias
Dr. George Elias is a dedicated radiologist that specializes in MRI Imaging. He received his medical degree from Brown University / Dartmouth Medical School in the summer of 1998. Dr. Elias completed his residency at the University of Toledo in 2003. Subsequently, he went on to complete a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Washington and then completed a second fellowship in Musculoskeletal MRI at PROSCAN Imaging, under the direction of Dr. Stephen J. Pomeranz.
Dr. Elias has extensive experience in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal MRI, body MRI, and general diagnostic imaging. His career has focused on providing expert interpretations to a wide spectrum of imaging centers throughout the nation. He continuously strives to perfect the quality of care provided by the imaging centers under his leadership. Dr. Elias goes the extra mile not only to ensure every referring physician is satisfied, but also to make sure that he is providing the highest quality of patient care possible.
Dr. Sam Guirguis
Dr. Sam Guirguis is a board-certified, fellowship trained radiologist who joined Open Advanced MRI NW in 2017. Although he is experienced in all facets of radiology, he is specialized in musculoskeletal and body imaging. Dr. Guirguis completed his residency training in Chicago. During his fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, he interpreted imaging studies and performed image-guided procedures for Midwest Orthopedics (MWO). Throughout his fellowship, he participated in the care of several notable clients of MWO including the Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox, and DePaul University Blue Demons. Rush University Medical Center and Midwest Orthopedics are also the premier healthcare team in Chicago for Orthopedic Oncology. Dr. Guirguis was intimately involved in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic malignancies and sarcomas. Dr. Guirguis has also participated in providing radiology services for the world-renowned IMG Academy. When he’s not utilizing his unique skill set to diagnose and treat patients, Dr. Guirguis enjoys traveling the world and scuba diving with Mary, his wife of 10-years.
Cammeron has over 10 years of hands-on training with expert interventional radiologists and Emergency Medical Technicians. She loves working in our clinic and considers her co-workers her family. What else keeps her busy? “I have an 18-month-old daughter and an over-the-top hyper little dog, both of which keep me very busy!”
Trissa has a Medical Coding and Billing Specialist Certificate and has been working in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She loves working for OAMRI as she gets to work remotely from home and she appreciates our friendly and accommodating staff. “I love to spend my free time with my husband and kids (one son and one daughter). We venture off to the library, parks, NW Trek, the zoo, and attend my son’s soccer games.”
I have been in the Health Industry for over 10 years. I enjoy the constant changes. I like working at Open Advanced MRI NW as the staff is friendly and eager to help their fellow co-workers as well as the patients. I love spending time with my Husband and two children (1 daughter and 1 son). I enjoy cooking, hiking and gardening, and I love sports! My son plays sports in high school (football and Track and Field). Attending his sporting events is my absolute favorite thing to do during those seasons.

Shaun has been providing information technology services to the healthcare industry for 3 years. He describes himself in this manner, “I’m a thoroughbred geek. I sit in front of a screen at work, and then go home and do the same thing. I’m also a car enthusiast!” His favorite thing about working here? “We have a very strong staff. My coworkers are definitely the best part about working here.” What’s one other thing you should know about his job? “If I do my job well, you should never even know I exist!”
Inna has been a Patient Advocate for 2 years. Her favorite part of working at our clinic is she has the opportunity to meet and speak with many different people each day, and she enjoys her fellow staff mates. What does Inna do for fun? She explains, “I love spending time with my husband, hiking the Pacific Northwest and snowboarding. I also enjoy taking road trips to different states and flying around the globe.”
I moved here from Nevada almost a year ago and have been working for Open Advanced MRI NW since. This is a great company to work for. I have gained a lot of knowledge in radiology working for Open Advanced MRI. I have three years’ experience in the medical field and enjoy this field very much.
